When it comes to modern BMWs, experience matters.
My career in the automotive industry began in 1996 with Ford, where I joined their RS Performance Centre. Working in a specialist performance environment gave me an early foundation in advanced diagnostics, performance technology and fault finding.
In December 2001, I joined BMW, beginning a career that would give me almost two decades of hands-on experience working with BMW vehicles and their constantly evolving technology.
I remained with BMW until 2019, gaining extensive experience across BMW systems, diagnostics, servicing and technical fault finding.
In 2019, BMW MINI Services was born.
After years working within the main dealer environment, the goal was simple: to provide BMW and MINI owners with the same level of technical knowledge, attention to detail and professional approach they would expect from a main dealer — without necessarily having to use a main dealer.
Today, that experience is at the heart of everything we do.
BMW technology has changed dramatically over the years, from earlier electronic systems to today’s highly integrated vehicles with complex control modules, advanced driver assistance systems and sophisticated diagnostics.
Having worked through these generations of BMW vehicles first-hand means we understand not only how to use the diagnostic equipment, but also how to interpret what the vehicle is telling us.
That experience is particularly valuable when dealing with difficult or intermittent faults where simply reading a fault code isn’t enough.
Specialist Knowledge. Main Dealer Experience. Independent Service.
With experience dating back to 1996 and almost two decades within BMW, BMW MINI Services combines genuine main dealer experience with the personal service of an independent specialist.
Your BMW deserves more than a generic diagnostic scan. It deserves experience.
